LETS GET WARMED UP

It starts with a good stretch. Next, several exercises to get the body ready for an intense workout. One of my tricks to conditioning is to use a jump rope. The jump rope increases speed, balance and is a great way condition without putting a lot of stress on the body.

We meet athletes where they are skill wise and patiently help them get to the next level to take on all competition. 


 Our focus will be on the fundamentals and using muscle memory to enhance an athletes ability.


In addition, our training isn't just focused on the sport, but overall life as well. We want to develop leaders on and off playing field.
